The Staff

Apart from the children, the Staff are our biggest asset. 


All of our full time staff have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification.


Our staff are trained in many sectors within childcare, including; Inclusion, Safeguarding, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and Risk Assessments. 


The staff regularly attend courses designed specifically for childcare practitioners, this ensures our team is working and evolving within the industry's constant changes. This brings in a consistent stream of knowledge and fresh ideas built on a strong foundation of experience and commitment.
